Service users Rights, Privacy, Dignity, Independence, Security, Civil Rights, Choice & Fulfillment, also by ensuring that we meet the service users assessed needs. Before we decide to provide any service to our service users, we ensure that each and every potential aspect of the needs and requirements are thoroughly assessed, either by our trained and experienced staff, or by the local authority.
We aim to ensure that the care the agency provides meet the assessed needs of each service user, that needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary, and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to changing needs or requirements.
We also employ trained and experienced staff in our organisation who are well excelled in their respective fields and is always there to provide help and support to our service users.
We regularly monitor and review the performance of our staff through performance appraisal, supervision and observation.
Through sickness and holidays we endeavor to provide the same level of quality service to our service users as they usually receives by having a senior member of staff or with suitable cover staff to provide the same quality of service.
We are absolutely committed and have the ability to provide our service users the best possible care service with great care and respect.
